Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be communicated to the sales department in advance.
• Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 3 days (72h) before the service; after that, a 50% penalty is charged up to 2 days (48h) before the service, and after that period, the penalty is 100%. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL RESERVATIONS.
• SPECIAL RESERVATIONS
- During peak season (December, January and Easter week) cancellations of services are allowed without penalty up to 3 days before the service date, after these dates the penalty will be 100% of the value of the service.
The payment is credited towards future bookings.
Refund policy:
Delfines Travel reserves the right, instead of a refund, to retain the amount of the booking for future bookings (placing the value in credit).
In addition, an administration fee of 30% may be charged, depending on the case, the complexity of the booking, and the cancellation date.
